Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our leadership team in the role of Director, Medical Staff Office This position exists to facilitate planning, development and oversight of the operations of IU Health's Medical Staff Services and Quality and direct operational leadership for the Medical Staff Peer Review process and Medical Staff committee functions for the Metro region. You will serve as the key consultant and support IU Health's system Medical Staff officers and leaders in the completion of the official duties by facilitating communication and active involvement within IU Health. Overseeing the processing and analysis of quality and performance data through the organizational committee structure by utilizing information management techniques such as data collection, analysis and trending and by serving as a conduit for the dissemination of relevant focused and ongoing performance review information.
