CMM Programmer/Operator Reports To Plant Manager Department Engineering FLSA Status Non-Exempt EEO Classification Operatives Pay Range $20-$22 hourly based on skills and experience **Please monitor your email for communications regarding your application** No phone inquiries please Qualifications: - Program and operate CMMs (e.g., PC-DMIS, Calypso, or similar) to inspect complex metal parts and assemblies. - Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to develop accurate measurement routines. - Perform first article inspections (FAI), in-process inspections, and final inspections. - Analyze measurement data and generate detailed inspection reports. - Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve dimensional issues and improve manufacturing processes. - Maintain calibration and preventive maintenance schedules for CMM equipment. - Ensure compliance with ISO, ASME, and customer-specific quality standards. - High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in manufacturing, engineering, or related field preferred. - Minimum 2–3 years of experience in CMM programming and operation within a metal fabrication or precision machin...
