POSITION SUMMARY: The Quality Control Manager (QCM) for the Malmstrom AFB Commercial Entrance Control Facility (ECF) is responsible for implementing and managing the Contractor Quality Control (CQC) system for all features of work in accordance with the contract requirements and USACE quality control procedures. This role provides daily onsite oversight of quality and documentation and coordinates with the Site Superintendent, Project Manager, subcontractors, testing laboratories, USACE Quality Assurance (QA) personnel, and Government representatives to ensure the work complies with the contract plans, specifications, approved submittals, and schedule.
