Job Description LOCATION: Regional Office: FUNCTION: Controlling: TEAM: Region: MANAGER: Regional Store Sales Controller: KPIs: Store Operational Metrics (i.e. Takt 1, Visitor Takt, Salaries %) ABOUT THE ROLE: Drives KPI analysis, P&L deep dives, and efficiency tracking to improve store performance across the region. Supports Store Teams with actionable insights, operational risk identification, performance narratives, and data driven staffing efficiency strategies. RESPONSIBILITIES: Performance Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of store performance across all markets to identify sales trends & operational trends, risks, and opportunities, ensuring alignment with sales plans developed by the Business Planning Controller.​ Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with key stakeholders (i.e. Regional Commercial, Store Teams) to ensure that all operational metrics is in sync with the sales plan and strategic business initiatives.​ KPI Monitoring: Continuously review and analyse key KPIs such as Takt, visitor flows, salary %, and efficiencies across markets, ensuring alignment with overall sales plans developed by the Business Planning Controller. ​ ​Actionable Insights: Generate ke...
