JOB DESCRIPTION: Provides subject matter expertise and leadership for financial planning and analysis activities including developing the organization's short and long-term financial plans and identifying financial opportunities to improve profitability. Job Summary: Provides subject matter expertise and leadership for financial planning and analysis activities including developing the organization's short and long-term financial plans and identifying financial opportunities to improve profitability. Essential Job Duties: - Monthly variance analysis and management reporting - Oversees the Forecasting and Annual Planning cycles for business segment - Monitoring and identifying cost & revenue trends - Membership analytics - Manage the segment’s capital investment request/prioritization process including assisting the business partners with development of strong business cases - Work cross functionally to provide financial information and aid in strategic decisions, including development of financial models - Identify areas of cost reduction and operational improvement - Drive improvements in financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities to enhance efficiency and accuracy R...
