About the role: Enova is seeking a Director of Consumer Strategy to help shape the future of our consumer lending business. Reporting to the President of Consumer Lending, this role will drive strategic initiatives across our core consumer brands—including CashNetUSA, NetCredit Installment, and NetCredit Line of Credit. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, portfolio economics, analytics, and execution. You will identify growth opportunities, evaluate product and market expansion decisions, and partner with cross-functional teams to bring those strategies to life. You will work closely with leaders across Product Management, Strategy & Operations, Marketing, Technology, and Analytics to ensure Enova continues to deliver innovative financial solutions and improved customer outcomes in a regulated environment.
