JOB SUMMARY: The Store Manager is responsible for playing a critical role in providing support to merchandising, operational and human resources functions for an individual store to achieve or exceed planned sales and profits. This position requires a proactive and vigilant individual who will remain highly engaged with customers, demonstrate integrity, effective communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic retail setting. The Store Manager will play a critical role in building a positive work culture, driving employee involvement, and supporting change management efforts within the retail organization.
