ING is looking for an ambitious and results‑driven Consultant to join the ESG Transformation & Data Distribution team within COO Risk. In this role, you help translate complex regulatory and strategic ambitions into clear, workable change across product teams, domains, and countries. You operate where content, people, and delivery come together, ensuring that change initiatives are not only well designed, but also implemented and embedded in day‑to‑day operations.
