Job description

Responsible for safely preparing food, processing transactions and maintaining Family Style Service for guests in the Express Snack Bar. - Prepares items according to standards while maintaining consistency and quality of product. - Maintains cleanliness of productions and service areas. - Assists management with implementation and execution of sanitation, health and OSHA regulations. - Acts as the lead person on assigned shifts involving issues within specific Food & Beverage Outlets. - Other duties as assigned. - Sound technical understanding of manuals, policies and procedures. - Experience in the culinary field as well as cash register use is not required, but preferred. - Must be able to receive and maintain all required certifications. - High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: - Ability to stand for long periods of time. - Frequent walking. - Work area is subject to variable temperatures. - May be subject to smoking environment and moderate noise.
