Description The Hospitality Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring an exceptional experience for all Guests while upholding the hospitality standards and core values of the Space Needle and Chihuly Garden and Glass. This position leads by example to cultivate a culture focused on creating memorable moments for both Guests and Team Members. The Hospitality Coordinator is the point person for hospitality-related inquiries and situations. Additionally, the role works closely with leadership across various departments to maintain consistent procedures that support seamless Guest experience. This role is responsible for ensuring that every Guest interaction reflects the highest standards of hospitality.
