Location: King of Prussia,Pennsylvania,United States The Client Advisor, IWC/Panerai will have have a proven track record of success in luxury retail, meeting or exceeding sales objectives and providing an outstanding client experience to join the team in our IWC and Panerai Boutique. Providing an outstanding client experience by creating a positive, inviting and fun environment for the client is imperative. This is accomplished through excellent interpersonal communication, demonstrating enthusiasm, energy and passion for the IWC and Panerai brands at all times. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure an outstanding client experience: - Create a positive and welcoming environment. - Be knowledgeable of the brand’s unique heritage, the range of products, and specific product attributes and availability. - Educate and inform the client based on their needs, building trust and developing a long-term client relationship. - Responsible for implementing brand strategies and guidelines. - Communicate with the Bucherer USA Merchandising team to ensure appropriate inventory is available within the store. - Make certain the visual presentation of the watches is consistent with the luxury ima...
