This is a critical leadership role created to inject fresh strategic thinking and technical excellence as we scale our governance and observability capabilities. You'll represent the customer inside our company, by identifying the customer's need and the larger business objectives that a product or feature will fulfill, articulate what success looks like for a product, and rally a team to turn that vision into reality.
