Position Overview / Purpose: We are looking for an Engineering Manager – Product Platform to play a key role in shaping and strengthening the foundation of the team. In this position, you will lead multiple engineering contributors, ensuring our product platform remain robust, compliant, and ready for the future. As an Engineering Manager within our Product Platform organisation, you will operate guiding and Tech Leads and Software Engineers while ensuring strong alignment across teams and functions. You will be responsible for the health, stability, and evolution of our product platforms , balancing people leadership, technical direction, and delivery excellence.
