The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and delivering sales growth, occupancy, and customer conversion outcomes across BlueCare Community and Residential portfolios. This role translates customer strategy into executable sales plans, drives revenue and occupancy performance, and builds a consistent, high performing sales culture across service lines and is accountable for implementation, performance and results.
