Job Description: Technology Graduate Program Operations and Program Support Specialist 12 Month Fixed Term Contract The Technology Graduate Program Support Specialist will play a meaningful role in enabling the smooth and efficient operation of the global Leap organization. Leap is Fidelity's 12‑week, learner‑centered program designed to prepare graduates to become business‑ready technologists, equipped with strong technical foundations, professional skills, and an understanding of how technology supports real‑world business outcomes. This hybrid position blends operational excellence, program coordination, and stakeholder support across Ireland and the United States. The specialist will work alongside the Leap Operations Lead, working on day‑to‑day operational processes, provide cross‑team support, assist with the execution and tracking of Leap programs, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance our global impact.
