Description SUMMARY: The Starmark Non-CDL Commercial Driver performs regional white glove deliveries of Starmark Funeral Products to funeral homes and Distributor locations. A regional route averages an 800–1000-mile round trip radius and will require overnight stays to complete. Routes can require loading and unloading all types of freight using provided equipment as well as delivering to multiple types of locations. The driver will plan and perform routes adjusting their schedule to make deliveries on time while following DOT laws and HOS regulations. The driver will adhere to excellent service standards maintaining high customer satisfaction and Safety compliance ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Assist the Director of Service Excellence in leading the location. - Inspect trucks for defects before and after trips and submit report indicating truck condition. - When loading trucks, review delivery notes to ensure that all items listed are loaded and that all loaded items are listed.
