GARNEY CONSTRUCTION A Technology Training Specialist position is available at Garney. The Technology Training Specialist designs, develops, and delivers engaging technology training that supports employee adoption of organizational systems and digital tools. This role facilitates both in-person and virtual learning across multiple locations and varying levels of technical proficiency. This position supports organizational effectiveness by partnering with IT, Learning & Development, and operational teams to assess training needs, develop targeted learning solutions, and support technology implementations and digital transformation initiatives. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: - Deliver instructor-led and virtual training on enterprise systems and tools - Develop role-based training materials, job aids, and documentation - Assess training needs and adapt content for varying skill levels - Support system implementations and technology rollouts in partnership with IT and business teams - Provide coaching, post-implementation support, and troubleshooting for end users - Measure training effectiveness and recommend improvements based on feedback and usage data - Maintain training resources and re...
