Reporting to the State Manager, the Non-Ferrous Trading Manager is responsible for guiding the trading team and Branch teams in cost-effective, timely and profitable purchase and delivery of non-ferrous recyclable metal. What you will be doing: - Deliver state intake targets by acting on agreed KPIs and implementing a clear, measurable strategy to achieve them - Identify, prioritise and implement state wide improvement opportunities ensuring effective execution through robust systems and processes - Manage a portfolio of existing accounts while actively generating, qualifying, and converting new business opportunities to drive growth - Balance and prioritise workload to achieve strong customer retention outcomes alongside new business development objectives - Maintain a structured customer engagement program through regular face to face and/or call cycles with customers and prospects - Lead commercial activity for assigned customers and opportunities, includin...
