Field Supervisor - Residential Roofing

Allstar Services is expanding across the Midwest and we’re hiring a Field Superintendent to “run the show” in the field. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with deep residential roofing installation experience who can manage crews, drive quality, and keep jobs moving on schedule. If you’ve led high-volume residential roofing installs and know how to hold teams accountable, this is a high-impact role in a fast-growth environment. What You’ll Do: - Lead day-to-day residential roofing installations across assigned Midwest markets - Manage roofing crews/subcontractors and oversee multiple jobs simultaneously - Ensure quality installs meet manufacturer specs, code requirements, and company standards - Conduct jobsite inspections and solve issues in real time (materials, workmanship, scope changes) - Enforce safety protocols and maintain jobsite compliance - Coordinate with Production/Operations/Sales to hit timelines and customer expectations - Track progress, production milestones, and readiness for closeout - Coach, train, and correct performance to improve crew output and consistency - Own field execution from start to completion What We’re Looking For (Requirements): - 5...
