Job Summary: The Academic Success Coach provides proactive, individualized coaching to undergraduate students with a focus on retention, persistence, and graduation. Utilizing evidence-based and strengths-based coaching frameworks, the Coach supports students in developing the skills, self-efficacy, and strategies needed to achieve their academic and personal goals. Programmatic responsibilities include coaching students on academic probation, supporting at-risk student populations through early intervention, and participating in outreach activities of the Student Success Center to relevant campus offices including Student Life, Financial Aid, and the Registrar. The Coach actively contributes to campus-wide recruitment and orientation activities as a representative of the Student Success Center.
