AVER is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Analyst to support the Department of Homeland Security by being part of a special project team to examine petitions, case files, and supporting documents submitted by schools seeking certification to educate non-immigrant students. Responsibilities Include: - Examine petitions, case files, and supporting documents submitted by schools seeking certification - Conduct through evaluations of schools to determine whether they meet requirements outlined in 8 CFR 214.3 and other relevant federal regulations - Identify areas of concern, or non-conformance including discrepancies, missing information in school submissions, and make well-supported recommendations for adjudication, including approval, denial, or requests for additional information...
