Sidekick Therapy Partners Job Title: Referrals Lead (Knoxville Clinic) Position Type: Hourly, Full-Time: Location: Knoxville, TN: Position Summary: The Referrals Lead plays a key role in supporting Sidekick’s school-based services by managing and processing client referrals from intake through completion. This position ensures all orders are handled accurately, TennCare verifications are completed and distributed in a timely manner, and documentation meets all compliance standards. In addition , this role provides day-to-day guidance to referral team members, therapists and case management leaders, helping ensure seamless coordination of care and consistent workflow execution. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, multitasking, and working in a fast-paced environment with a mission-driven team.
