Senior Specialist, IRIS Operations (Must reside in WI)

JOB DESCRIPTION Job Summary Provides senior level administrative support for Wisconsin IRIS program operations, including referrals, enrollment, eligibility, service authorization and other administrative related requirements of the IRIS program. Contributes to overarching strategy to provide quality and cost-effective care. Essential Job Duties: - Provides senior level support to operations and field staff completing participant referrals, enrollments, disenrollments, workload assignments, ongoing eligibility, financial eligibility, welcome calls, prior authorizations, individualized service plan activities and other administrative and clerical requirements related to the Wisconsin IRIS program. - Provides skilled supports to operations and field staff in completion of data entry and tracking within the DHS information technology system, SharePoint, and Power BI programs. - Responds to incoming email requests from coworkers, providers and partner agencies. - Manages phone queues and assists with outgoing and incoming calls. - Analyzes data and workflows, offers suggestions for improvement and/or changes to management and assists with the implementation of changes. - Manages projec...
