Summary/Objective Reporting to the IT Applications Manager, the Application Programmer Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications that support organizational goals and business processes. This role ensures seamless integration of applications, provides technical support, and collaborates with various departments to deliver efficient technology solutions aligned with business requirements. Essential Functions: Design, develop, and implement new software applications and programs based on organizational needs. Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance existing applications to improve functionality and performance. Analyze user requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions. Ensure all applications comply with corporate standards for security, reliability, and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system issues and recommend improvements.
