Planned Companies – Assistant Site Supervisor (Security) – Job Description Hours: Monday-Friday 4pm-12am (rotating weekends): Salary: $50,000: Requirements: - Supervise a staff of employees, while working with management to handle all security duties of a site. - Will order inventory supplies, uniforms, and work orders for sites. - Inspect completed work for conformance standards. - Assist during emergencies on site. - Support the Site Supervisor in overseeing daily security operations, ensuring all posts are staffed and protocols are consistently followed - Supervise, coach, and provide direction to security officers during shifts, reinforcing performance standards and professionalism - Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and timekeeping to maintain adequate site coverage at all times - Monitor access control, surveillance systems (CCTV), and incident reporting to ensure a safe and secure environment - Respond to incidents, emergencies, and escalations, coordinating with local authorities when necessary - Conduct routine patrols and inspections to identify safety risks, security breaches, or policy violations - Train new security personnel on site-specific procedures, post ord...
