Job DetailsJob Location: Damascus Office - Damascus, AR 72039Position Type: Full TimeJob Shift: DayPosition Summary The Mechanic supports Flywheel Energy’s compression operations by performing inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting on natural gas compressor packages. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, mechanical reliability, and continuous learning while working independently and as part of a field team. Key Responsibilities: Perform basic and comprehensive inspections of compressor units to ensure safe and efficient operation Safely shut down compressor packages, evacuate system pressure, and apply lockout/tagout devices in accordance with company procedures Complete scheduled preventive maintenance on a variety of compressor packages following established maintenance guidelines Diagnose mechanical and operational issues, identify defects, and recommend effective repair solutions Maintain a strong working knowledge of safety rules, practices, and job‑specific procedures Consistently demonstrate adherence to all applicable safety policies and regulatory requirements QualificationsQualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required Experience with mainte...
