Overview This position serves as a classroom and laboratory instructor for the Diagnostic Medical Sonography program, responsible for planning and delivering curriculum-based instruction, assessing student learning outcomes, providing clinical oversight and mentorship, and maintaining accurate records in a safe learning environment. Responsibilities: - Meets regularly with program officials to maintain current documentation of student’s clinical progress. - Interact with program students with a positive and professional attitude to resolve issues. - Maintain confidentiality in accordance with program policy and all applicable laws. - Participates in continuing education to improve evaluation skills and maintain professional competency in the practice of diagnostic medical sonography. - Facilitation of Learning. Plan, prepare, and deliver instruction; facilitate students' learning. Assess students' learning outcomes at the unit, course, and program levels. - Classroom Management.
