Senior Analyst, Continuous Improvement

Job description

The Sr Analyst on the CI team will serve as a process and business liaison to the fulfillment teams. Their primary objective will be to identify performance opportunities across sites, quantify the business opportunity and leverage their plant relationships to deliver recommendations to the Home Chef Operations leadership team. As a leading strategist on the National CI team, this role is a plant facing, change driver that is constantly assessing plant performance and distance from target, assessing best practices, and leveraging the necessary plant process expertise to deliver change recommendations to the plant fulfillment network. Detailed Responsibilities: Strategic Project Work: - Execute on strategic initiatives requiring advanced data and analytical support delivering projects that deliver results against key performance metrics. - Continuously optimize production plans and planning tools to support plant function, and make routine plant knowledge automated for ease of execution. - Partner closing with plant teams to establish process expertise and create trusted relationships to drive change.
