Director of Civil Engineering

Job description

As the Director of Civil Engineering , you will lead the planning, design, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Nemacolin’s civil infrastructure and site systems. This role is responsible for ensuring the integrity, safety, and sustainability of all property-wide civil assets, including water and wastewater systems, stormwater management, roadways, grading, and structural/site improvements. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for managing the Engineering department while integrating civil engineering principles into daily operations, long-term capital planning, and regulatory compliance. The Director will apply sound engineering judgment, strong communication skills, and technical expertise to balance multiple priorities and support Nemacolin’s commitment to exceptional guest experiences.
