Description Position: Residential Team Lead, Intellectual Developmental Disabilities (IDD) Pay Range: $23.10/hour up to $26.53/hour, based on education and years of experience working in human services field. Work Schedule: Full-Time; Primary work hours are Monday-Friday with flexibility to work off hours/shifts/weekends, to meet the needs of the program.
