Inside Sales Representative - Service

POSITION SUMMARY: Working within Vertiv’s Non‑Contract Department, you will be responsible for delivering the company’s service sales strategy to both new and existing customers. This role requires maximising sales opportunities across the existing customer base while proactively developing new business. You will play a key role in driving the growth of non‑contract service revenues across the UK. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Review daily engineer reports and internal inquiries to identify service opportunities - Recommend appropriate service solutions based on identified needs. - Create comprehensive project files and quotations based on field engineer findings - Provide lifecycle planning advice, including technical recommendations and budget guidance - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers by increasing awareness of Vertiv's full service capabilities - Support both current and prospective customers on technical and project-related matters - Support Area Sales Managers with customer accounts and strategic initiatives as needed - Deliver accurate, professional quotations within established timeframes - Proactively follow up on outstanding quotations through phone...
