Process Supporter - Temporary Position

Do you want to play a key role in optimising production processes that help bring life‑changing medicines to patients worldwide? As a Process Supporter, you will drive improvements, support operations, and help secure robust, efficient, and compliant processes in a dynamic production environment. Your new role In this role, you will contribute to the stability and performance of our production processes by supporting day‑to‑day operations and driving improvements. Your main responsibilities will include: - Analysing existing production processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities. - Developing and implementing technical solutions that optimise flow, reduce waste, and increase capacity. - Providing technical support to production teams and resolving operational challenges. - Collaborating with Quality to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulatory requirements. - Leading or participating in cross‑functional projects that strengthen process performance and introduce new technologies.
