Reliance Hospice and Palliative Care is currently looking for a Medical Social Worker, preferably Spanish speaking, to support our patients around North Orange County. Hourly salary starts at $38.00 and is negotiable depending on years of experience. JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY: The Medical Social Worker employed through the organization is responsible for the implementation of standards of care for medical social work services and for adherence to all company policies and procedures.
