Position Summary: The Proposal Manager leads, writes, and manages federal proposal responses in a fast-paced small-business environment. This role supports the full business development lifecycle—from early capture through final submission—while juggling multiple RFPs, RFIs, and task orders with expedited response times. The Proposal Manager works remotely with significant autonomy and is expected to bring structure, discipline, and strategic thinking to an organization with an evolving proposal process.
