Responsibilities: - The Lead Direct Care Staff will provide support and training for persons with intellectual or developmental disabilities and/or other related disorders. This support and training will include, but not be limited to: emotional support, physical support and monitoring, and life skills development, which will lead to increased independence and community participation for clients.
