GARNEY CONSTRUCTION A Division Manager - Business Process and Execution position is available at Garney. This role acts as a “Prime Mover,” partnering with Executive Team sponsors and functional leaders to maintain momentum, coordinate across departments, and ensure initiatives are delivered with measurable outcomes. This is a corporate-based role focused on execution and delivery rather than strategy formulation. Authority is implicit through ET sponsorship. Operations is a primary internal client for many initiatives, requiring close coordination to ensure adoption and effectiveness. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: - Serve as the execution lead for ET-sponsored initiatives on behalf of the designated ET sponsor. - Translate executive direction into workplans, manage timelines and execution cadence, coordinate cross-functional participation, identify risks and blockers, and escalate issues as needed. - Manage approximately 3–5 concurrent enterprise initiatives and ensure initiatives are completed, adopted, and formally closed. - Act as a liaison across Corporate Services and Operations, including IT, Finance, People & Culture, Safety, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure aligned execution...
