Would you like to join our Asset Management team as a Contract Officer and help us to deliver amazing service for our residents? We are recruiting for a full-time Contract Officer, based at our office in Oldham, on a 12-month fixed-term contract, who will be part of our Mechanical and Electrical Compliance team within our Asset Management directorate. This is an exciting opportunity which requires a strong, proven background in managing the relationship, performance, and legal obligations of the contractors delivering our safety requirements. You must have the ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise your workload to ensure we meet statutory requirements. About the role: We have an exciting opportunity for a Contract Officer to join our mechanical and electrical team on a 12 month fixed term, full-time basis, based at our office in Oldham. Our working style is hybrid, with specific days to be agreed during the onboarding process.
