What You'll Be Doing: - Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair electrical systems 480V and below supporting aggregate production equipment at Francesville and Monon, IN locations. - Install and inspect wiring, controls, motors, and instrumentation to ensure safe, reliable operation - Partner with operations and maintenance teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment performance - Follow safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures, and applicable electrical codes at all times - Document work completed and contribute to continuous improvement efforts What Are We Looking For: - Demonstrated capability working with industrial electrical systems, controls, and motor drives - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve electrical issues efficiently - Working knowledge of electrical codes, safety practices, and compliance requirements - Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and manuals - Collabora...
