State Street Investment Management (SSIM) is seeking a senior leader to serve as Head of Client Contracting & Onboarding Management (North America) , with a clear mandate to lead and evolve the Investment Management onboarding and contracting agenda across the region. This role is accountable for end‑to‑end client contracting and onboarding execution for institutional investment management clients, while also setting strategy, building scalable operating models, and developing a high‑performing team. Building on the established scope of the Head of North America Client Contracting & Onboarding Management, VP III role, this position places increased emphasis on Investment Management products , front‑to‑back contracting and onboarding integration , and people leadership across North America.
