This role ensures highquality sound, lighting, and video experiences while troubleshooting technical issues and providing excellent customer service to clients and internal teams. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Anticipate and accommodate the needs of the guests Maintain general cleanliness of assigned stations and the entire venue Provides professional and exceptional service: Set up, test, and operate audio, video, lighting, and presentation equipment for events and meetings Install and configure microphones, speakers, projectors, screens, monitors, switchers, and related AV components Perform sound checks and adjust audio levels to ensure clarity and consistency Troubleshoot technical issues quickly and effectively during live events...
