Job Title: Mortgage Loan Officer: Department: Mortgage FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Hours of Operation: 40 hours per week, start and end times may vary General Job Summary: Sell mortgage loan products through sales efforts with individuals, builders, realtors, and other contact groups. Organizational Duties and Responsibilities: - Supports the mission, vision and philosophy of the Bank. Complies willingly with all organizational policies and procedures. - Supports all functions that maintain compliance with regulatory agencies. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Contact individuals, realtors and builders, attend chamber and other civic meetings to expand network contacts to generate sales - Engage in marketing and promotional activities, such as giving presentations to groups, in an effort to generate sales - Consult with customer to compile loan application in order to meet compliance guidelines while negotiating terms and conditions - Collec...
