Job Description: - Responsible for ensuring all contractual requirements are met according to the terms and conditions. - Executes procurement contracting strategies for large, complex data center construction projects and/or purchasing opportunities to achieve optimal cost and continuity of supply and services. - Serve as first line of defense/communication with site stakeholders on commercial issues. - Execute project closeout requirements. - Perform prequalification checks on potential tenderers and onboard them to the client’s systems. - Critically appraise contracts documents to ensure requisite quality of the package prior to RFP / Contract. - Issue the Request for Proposal (RFP) and arrange chair and minute meetings with the client stakeholders through the tender process utilizing trackers to assure delivery of tasks b...
