Position Summary: The Nursing Professional Development (NPD) Practitioner at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital is a full-time role dedicated to supporting the education and professional development of staff within the Emergency Department (ED). This role utilizes expert practice judgment to enhance the competence and growth of ED staff and learners. The practitioner partners closely with ED leadership to deliver onboarding, competency management, education, and role development initiatives that promote clinical excellence, safety, and adherence to evidence-based practices. This position plays a vital role in fostering a culture of continuous learning aligned with the IU Health Way and organizational goals.
