Job Title Manufacturing Engineer (Latham, NY) Job Description: As an entry‑level engineer, the position works under the guidance of other engineers and receives structured training to develop technical competence, engineering judgment, and familiarity with Philips procedures and regulatory requirements. Your role: Be part of a Manufacturing Engineering organization of approximately 35 professionals, including Engineers, IT Specialists, Drafters, and Technicians, supporting site manufacturing operations . This role contributes to cross-functional execution and technical alignment across multiple disciplines. Provide hands-on technical support to manufacturing by maintaining process documentation and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, regulatory, environmental, and legal requirements. This includes adherence to company General Business Principles and applicable internal policies. Initiate, facilitate, and sustain continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen events and structured problem-solving within the assigned area of expertise.
