Job DetailsJob Location: ARCH - Williamsport, PA 17701Position Type: 5 ADMIN SUPPORT WORKERSEducation Level: High School or GEDTravel Percentage: NoneJob Shift: Full TimeUnder the direction of the Production Supervisor or their designee, this individual will be required to troubleshoot and resolve inventory related issues within the Stacks department. Responsible for resolving problems related to stocking/receiving discrepancies. Responsible for resolving problems related to picking errors in totes and trucks. Review and resolve orders that have extra or missing books. Review and correct inventory cycle counting problems. Check for damaged books as needed. Monitor reports for missing/extra books from other departments. Manage supply stock required for department Responsible to perform other duties of equal or lesser classification irrespective of required change in department, hours (including mandatory overtime) or work conditions as directed by supervisor. Maintain safe, clean and organized work areas, emptying trash cans and barrels and sweeping of floors, as needed.
