Subject Matter Expert (SME) Business Analysis and Facilitation

Kaizen Approach is currently seeking a Business Analysis and Facilitation SME to support a high-visibility federal program with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). In this role, you will lead business analysis efforts across complex, cross-functional initiatives focused on business process improvement, Agile adoption, and operational modernization. You will be responsible for gathering and defining requirements, facilitating stakeholder engagements, and translating business needs into actionable solutions that improve efficiency and mission outcomes. This position involves leading requirements workshops, developing process models, and supporting system integration and deployment efforts.
