About the team: The EU MAI (Merchant Acquisition and Incubation) team operates within the SMB pillar of TikTok E-commerce, spearheading the acquisition and onboarding journey for new sellers. The team is responsible for EU TikTok Shop merchants and merchandise growth, aiming to onboard, incubate, educate merchants from scratch and drive their business success. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.
