Job description

The Logistics Operations Supervisor oversees: Daily logistics, warehouse, fleet, and dispatch operations. Ensure shipments are received, processed, and delivered safely, efficiently, and on time in accordance with company standards. Operations and dispatch teams: coordinates with vendors and the OCASA network team, ensures inventory accuracy, effective warehouse organization, and smooth end-to-end execution. Fleet and driver operations : Dispatch planning, route efficiency, schedules, arrival and out times, lunch compliance, and driver performance, while maintaining accurate fleet maintenance records and regulatory compliance. Provides clear direction, delegates responsibilities, and steps in when necessary. The Supervisor ensures operational continuity, accountability, and alignment with departmental and organizational objectives.
