What's the role? The Senior Manager of Events and Experiences at Bilt will be responsible for overseeing and scaling our repeatable Rent Day experiences while working closely with the Events & Experiences team to ensure seamless execution of all Bilt events and experiences. This individual will collaborate across multiple teams, including design, creative, and operations, to ensure that every touchpoint delivers a premium, cohesive experience that represents the Bilt brand at its highest level. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented leader who can manage complex logistics, work with vendors and partners, and scale experiences efficiently while maintaining tight budget controls.
