Responsible for personnel management including developing staff assignments, scheduling, work routines, team member interviews and selection, training, safety, and annual performance appraisals as directed by the Director of Dining Services. Directs work according to a prescribed set of standards and procedures that meet regulatory agency and Landis Homes' operational objectives and provides food and service that meets or exceeds resident/customer expectations. •The person will work in tandem with Chef Managers in RL & Retail areas (Gather, Bistro, West Kitchen, Garden Room) •Overseeing restaurant operations for Owl Hill Bistro restaurant.
